Outsourced staffing in Brazil
The team runs your operation. The employment contract is ours.
The professionals are registered as employees of Grupo Fibon. Admission, payroll, social charges, holidays, termination and replacement sit with us, and your company receives the compliance documentation every month. We operate across Bahia, including the industrial poles of Camaçari, Candeias and Simões Filho — and in other states when the volume justifies mobilising a team.

The employment relationship leaves your company.
The professionals are employed by Grupo Fibon. Admission, payroll, charges, holidays, termination and replacement are ours, and every month your company receives the evidence that all of it is up to date. For a foreign group, that evidence is the point: it is what an audit, a parent company or a labour inspection will ask to see.
What you receive every month
Compliance in Brazil is not a statement. It is a set of documents, and either you have them or you do not.
Proof of payment of salaries and benefits, of the severance fund deposits and of the social security contributions, for every professional allocated to your site. Plus the time records and the holiday schedule.
This matters more than it sounds. Under Brazilian law the hiring company can be held subsidiarily liable for a supplier's unpaid labour obligations. The monthly documentation is what demonstrates that the supplier is paying — and it is the first thing requested when anything goes wrong.
Ask any Brazilian supplier for this package before signing. If it is not routine for them, that is your answer.
How the 2026 rota change affects a contract
The working week went from 44 to 40 hours and the weekly rest from one day to two. Coverage has to be redimensioned.
The ceiling becomes 42 hours in December 2026 and 40 hours in December 2027. Collective agreement clauses incompatible with the new rule lose effect in December 2026.
Holding the same coverage with 42 hours instead of 44 takes roughly 5% more person-hours; at 40 hours, about 10%. On a team of ten, that is around one additional person.
In an outsourced contract, dimensioning that coverage is the supplier's obligation, not a problem that lands on your operations manager in December.
How a contract starts
Four steps, and the first one is free.
One. You tell us the roles, the headcount, the shift pattern and the address of the site.
Two. We return a written proposal with the cost per post fully itemised — salary, statutory charges, benefits, equipment, cover and supervision, each on its own line.
Three. Recruitment and induction happen before the first day. Nobody starts without the training and the occupational health examinations the role requires.
Four. Supervision is present inside your operation from day one, and the documentation arrives monthly from the first month.
When this is the wrong model
Two cases where we will tell you not to.
When the role is the technical core of your product. Outsourcing belongs to the functions that must run well without being what sets you apart.
When the site is in another state and small. We do mobilise to other states when the volume justifies building the team and installing supervision on the ground — but below that size the structure cannot be staffed properly, and without it we would be selling you a payroll service and calling it something else.
Send the roles and the site. We send the full cost.
