HR and payroll BPO in Brazil
Keep your team. Hand over the administration.
The employment contracts stay with your company. Admissions, payroll, time and attendance, holiday scheduling, statutory filings and terminations are run by us, by people who do this in Brazil every day.
- 2012operating since April
- 500+professionals under management
- 400+clients served
What the service covers
The administrative routine of a Brazilian personnel department, run end to end.
- Admissions and registration paperwork
- Monthly payroll and payslips
- Social charges and severance fund deposits
- Time and attendance, overtime and time banking
- Holiday scheduling and 13th salary
- Statutory digital filings (eSocial and related)
- Terminations and settlement calculations
- Monthly reporting to your finance team
Your people stay yours. The paperwork stops being yours.
In outsourced staffing the employment relationship moves to us. In BPO it does not: your employees remain your employees, on your payroll, under your management. What moves is the administration — the part that requires knowing Brazilian labour law in detail and keeps breaking when the law changes.
Who this is for
Three situations where it tends to be the right answer.
A foreign group that has just opened a Brazilian entity and has a handful of local employees, but no personnel department and no intention of building one yet.
A company whose team is the operation itself — where the people are the know-how and must stay in house — but whose administrative burden is consuming a manager who should be doing something else.
A company that already has a Brazilian HR team and wants the statutory filings and payroll handled by someone who answers for them, so the internal team can work on people rather than on compliance.
Why this gets harder in 2026 and 2027
The rules changed, and the changes land in two steps.
Constitutional Amendment 141 cut the working week from 44 to 40 hours and doubled weekly paid rest to two days. The ceiling is 42 hours from December 2026 and 40 hours from December 2027, and incompatible collective agreement clauses lose effect in December 2026.
In practice that means rotas, time banking and overtime calculations all have to be reviewed, for every employee, twice. A company administering its own payroll from abroad tends to discover this late.
When it does not pay off
Below a certain size, an accountant is enough.
With two or three employees and a simple routine, a competent Brazilian accounting firm will handle payroll and filings at a lower cost than this service. We will tell you so.
BPO starts to make sense when there are shifts to manage, turnover to process, or a parent company asking for reporting that a standard accounting package does not produce.
Tell us the headcount and the routine.
We come back with the scope and the monthly cost, and with an honest note on whether BPO is heavier than you need. Answer within two business days.
